Description:

The synagogue was most likely erected around the transition from the fourth to the fifth century CE. Its plan is that of a basilica, a hall measuring 18.1 by 13.35 meters, articulated by two interior colonnades with six columns in each row. The principal access is a tripartite entrance set in the southern wall, and a secondary doorway is located on the eastern side.
