Description:
Situated in the eastern zone of the site, the edifice is interpreted by Zeidoun al‑Muheisen as having held an official role, an assessment grounded in its layout and overall dimensions. Excavations uncovered an arched substructure that supported an upper storey once finished with mosaic pavements, of which only portions survive. The ground level appears to have been used in part for stabling. A gold coin dating to the fourth century CE was recovered from within the building.
