Description:
The current whereabouts of the stone lid from an ossuary are unknown. Prior to its disappearance, the surviving fragments were kept at the Rockefeller Museum in Jerusalem. The pieces were originally found in the vicinity of Khirbet Zif around 1962, and they may have been joined with adhesive sometime between 1967 and 1969.
