Description:
H. C. Butler characterized a cluster of buildings adjacent to the church of Kafr Lāb as architecturally modest. This group, probably comprising houses, is generally dated to the second half of the eighth century. A Syriac inscription was discovered in the immediate vicinity of these structures.
