Description:
A small one-ailed church (also termed chapel). It has a rectangular extension at the east end, probably the presbyterium. Sadly, the building has no epigraphical finds. Presumably sixth century. For a description, see H. C. Butler (ed.) Publications of the Princeton University Archaeological Expeditions to Syria in 1905–5 and 1909. Division II: Architecture, Section B: Northern Syria (Leiden: Brill, 1920), 287, and TIB 15, p. 1361. Plan of the church after: PAES II B6 287.
