Original location unknown – René Mouterde hypothesized that it was just possibly the basilica of as-Safīra where another Greek inscription was recorded. First published by René Mouterde from a copy and squeeze by Charles Virolleaud. ed. IGLS II 260. Cf. TIB 15, p. 1672. Σελευκ- ⳩ ιανο- υ "Of Seleukianos." Commentary: This a dedicatory inscription proclaiming that the capital was a donation by a certain Seleukianos.
