date: 5th century CE description: Part of mosaic inscription in uncertain script. Three lines are fragmentary preserved but there could be more lines. The lines of the text are separated by horizontal lines of black tesserae. ed. CIIP IV 2757 commentary: The language of this fragment is uncertain, possibly Greek but Samartian Aramaic cannot be excluded. The mosaic style resembles that of CIIP IV 2755.
