Ḥarbaʿāra; Liftaya Complete

Description

To the east of Ḥarbaʿāra (Liftaya) are the remains of residential structures, many with inner courtyards. On the northern side of the village’s upper area stood a tower or fortress, while the lower part contained a small church. The village itself lies in Wadi Khaled. Further reading: Mouterde, R., 1932.
