Description
Visible architectural traces on the ground delineate a settlement composed of sizable domestic units and a street network arranged in a radial pattern, ascending the hillside toward a high point occupied by the synagogue. The site lies in the southern Golan, approximately 2 km south of Moshav Ma'ale Gamla and about 4.5 km inland from the eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee. Further reading: Maoz, Z.
