Description:

Also referred to as the Northwest Convent, the West Monastery is a monastic ensemble comprising a church and the requisite infrastructure for clerics and pilgrims, including dwelling houses and inns. The church is arranged with a nave articulated into six bays. At the eastern end—along the east wall—stand the apse and lateral chambers, while access is provided by a portal on the west. The eastern wall of the church was adorned with a graffito. Plan source: H. C.
