J. Jarry) ‘Our Lord was crucified for us.’ commentary: Jarry notes a spelling inconsistency: ܨܠܒ has as the normative passive form ܐܨܛܠܒ ‘crucify’/‘be crucified’. Klaus Peter Todt and Bernard Andreas Vest in TIB 15 accepted Jarry’s interpretation and conjecture.

Translation

Commentary
Jarry notes a spelling inconsistency: ܨܠܒ has as the normative passive form ܐܨܛܠܒ ‘crucify’/‘be crucified’. Johannes Koder in TIB 15 accepted Jarry’s interpretation and conjecture.
